Meet Dr. Joseph Lynott, DPM
Dr. Lynott was born in Escondido, California, and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Before pursuing a career in podiatric medicine, he proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy, including a deployment to Iraq.
Dr. Lynott is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and Board Qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. Following medical school, he completed his residency at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, and went on to complete a fellowship with Kentucky/Indiana Foot & Ankle Specialists in Louisville, Kentucky, with a focus on rearfoot reconstruction and trauma.
His advanced surgical training includes rearfoot and ankle reconstruction, total ankle replacement/revisions, external fixation, foot/ankle trauma, and forefoot surgery. He has extensive experience treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions and is dedicated to utilizing the latest techniques and evidence-based treatment options to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients.
Dr. Lynott is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy, whether that means getting back to work, sports, outdoor adventures, or simply living with less pain. He is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate both conservative and surgical options tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
Outside of work, Dr. Lynott enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, hiking, collecting vinyl records and bourbon, and spending time with his family. He was recently honored with the title of Kentucky Colonel, the highest civilian honor bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. During football season, you can often find him cheering on his favorite team, the San Diego Chargers—who, as he likes to say, "will always be San Diego" to him.
Meet Dr. Evie Plummer, DPM
Dr. Plummer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. She went on to receive her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery before returning to Colorado to complete her surgical residency training at North Colorado Medical Center Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency.
Dr. Plummer is a member of the medical staff at Medical Center of the Rockies and has been practicing with Save Your Sole Foot and Ankle since 2013. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered foot and ankle care.
Dr. Plummer is passionate about enhancing her patients’ quality of life by helping them overcome pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. She believes in developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals, utilizing both conservative and surgical treatment options to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Meet Dr. Tucker Worthen, DPM
Dr. Worthen is board-certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. With extensive training and experience in complex foot and ankle reconstruction, Dr. Worthen is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for a wide range of conditions affecting the lower extremity.
After medical school, Dr. Worthen completed his surgical residency at Legacy Health and Kaiser Permanente in Portland Oregon. During his surgical training, Dr. Worthen developed expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of both routine and complex foot and ankle disorders, including deformity correction, arthritis, sports injuries, trauma, tendon and ligament pathology, diabetic foot conditions, and limb preservation. His specialized training in reconstructive surgery allows him to treat challenging cases using the latest surgical techniques and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Worthen enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors whenever possible. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and hunting, finding these activities to be a great way to relax and recharge. He also enjoys supporting his children's activities and can often be found cheering on his sons from the sidelines at football games. His dedication to family, perseverance, and community reflects the same values he brings to the care of his patients every day.
